Encore Dinner Party with Fat Ham

Join us for the evening, Sunday, April 19th celebrating the closing of Fat Ham with a joyful, soulful multi-course spread. Please note that the final menu is subject to change based on seasonality and availability of ingredients.
Course One - The Gathering
Hot honey cornbread bite with whipped butter.
Course Two - Smoke and Memory
Smoked chicken thigh or cauliflower with tangy, Carolina-style glaze and pickled vegetables.
Course Three- The Main Event
Slow-braised pork shoulder with a brown sugar and spice rub, creamy grits, collard greens with a vinegar bite.
Vegetarian alternative: BBQ mushroom burnt ends, herbed grits and garlicky greens.
Course Four – Inheritance and Softness
Warm peach cobbler or peach-apple crumble with vanilla cream or coconut whip.
Course Five - Liberation
Lemon pound cake with fresh berries or berry coulis.
"Encore Dinners" are a limited, one-time experience curated in partnership with the Aurora Fox Arts Center and La victoria healing kitchen, located just steps from The Aurora Fox.
These private dinners are an extension of the performance to continue deeper storytelling through nourishment with a menu developed by professional chef, Rebecca Morgan (Chef Bella B).
Whether you attending the closing night performance or one earlier in the show's run, we hope to see you at the table alongside cast and crew to support Aurora Arts & Culture community.
Pricing: $80 for one person, $145 for 2 people
First beverage included in the price. Additional beverages sold separately.
