Down-on-his-luck private eye Eddie Valiant (Bob Hoskins) gets hired by cartoon producer R.K. But when Jessica's alleged paramour and the owner of Toontown is found murdered, the villainous Judge Doom (Christopher Lloyd) vows to catch and destroy Roger.
